Digital Leaders @ SJHS are pleased to announce that after a couple of months of planning and designing, we have now opened our new iSJHS Genius Bar!
The Genius Bar is located in the main foyer (nr. admin) and will be the place to go for any questions or queries you have regarding your digital devices. Furthermore, the Genius Bar is open to all: students, parents and staff and it doesn’t matter whether you purchased a device through the school iPad portal or you have brought your own.
The Genius Bar will initially be open at the following times:
Monday – 11:00 – 11:20
Wednesday – 12:20 – 12:40
Friday – 11:00 – 11:20
We aim to review this regularly and may look to add additional opening times if necessary.
Drop in workshops will also be rolled out over the coming weeks. These will be advertised at the Genius Bar and also on our Twitter account.
Digital Leaders have extensive knowledge about a range of devices and will work with you face-to-face to provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software problems. Many issues will often be addressed on the spot, however if we are unable to assist, we will look to find a solution as quickly as possible.

– Solving WiFi connection issues
– Individual app support
Before you visit the Genius Bar, if possible, try to back up the data on the device. This will reduce the chances of permanent data loss in the event of your device needing to be reset.
Please note: Digital Leaders will not be able to fix any physical damage to devices (eg. cracked screens, water damage etc.) as this may void the warranty.
